Stuart Cresswell
I have spent my working life involved in education, change management and personal growth. After teaching young children, I went on to qualify as a practising psychologist, working initially in the field of education and later with commercial organisations. I became a Chartered Psychologist in 1986, have run my own consultancy since 1990, and have become increasingly interested in how mastering change can add to our happiness and fulfilment in life. Other than my work, my main passions are travel, and having as many adventures as possible!

Melanie Greene
I am a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with 20 years experience as a consultant, coach and trainer working within the private and public sector. I set up my own consultancy, Grovelands Associates in 1991 (see www.grovelands.org.uk for details). I recently wrote a book ‘Mastering Your Inner Critic: Releasing Your Inner Wisdom’ which came about from my own experiences of tackling this topic, as well as my coaching and training work with clients. My work is about helping individuals to realise their full potential to both be successful in what they do and enjoy their lives. With this in mind I write a free monthly email newsletter ‘Inspire’ to provide regular hints, tips and inspiration during people’s busy working lives. To subscribe free of charge email me on mg@grovelands.org.uk

Barry Hope
I have worked as a trainer, consultant and coach since 1985 within the public and not for profit sector. I have a particular interest in motivation, particularly in the sphere of self-belief, and have contributed to several pieces of research looking at self-awareness, attitudes and beliefs. I combine a personal construct approach with NLP to help my clients understand the systemic nature of behaviour and make fundamental and long-lasting changes. Having worked mainly with organisations, I recently set up Hope Coaching Ltd to focus on facilitating change in individuals.
